There is a way of seeing that has been refined over time.
Shaped through two decades of working with individuals, relationships, and transformation.
There is a way of seeing that changes everything
For as long as I can remember, I have seen patterns.
Not just what is happening on the surface, but what is driving it underneath.

This way of seeing was not something I was taught.
It is something that has been refined over decades of deep work with individuals, relationships, and real-life transformation.
My path has shaped it.
Through lived relationship dynamics, spiritual inquiry, and navigating profound personal and health challenges, I came into a different relationship with control, identity, and truth.

My work is not only shaped through training, but through lived experience.
Early in life, I was exposed to the complexity of human behavior in a very real way, supporting a family environment that cared for individuals with severe mental health challenges.
It gave me an early understanding of patterns, emotional dynamics, and the unseen forces that shape how we relate.

From there, my path expanded through formal education, becoming the first in my family to earn a university degree, and into years of global travel, immersive spiritual study, and deep personal inquiry.
I have lived and studied in environments that asked me to look directly at myself.
This includes time in India within an ashram setting, and over 15 years of teaching and integrating yoga, somatic awareness, and intuitive coaching.

Alongside this, I have supported hundreds of clients in private work, led retreats internationally, and guided individuals and teams within organizations such as Royal Bank of Canada, Barrick Gold, and Doane Grant Thornton.

I am also a professionally trained coach, with over 20 years of experience supporting thoughtful, high-achieving individuals through meaningful personal and relational change.
But titles and experience are not what define this work.
At its core, this is about seeing clearly.

In yoga, there is a principle often referred to as right thinking.
Seeing without distortion.

That sits underneath everything I do.
Not as a philosophy, but as something lived.
At the center of this work is the relationship you have with yourself.
We do not try to fix other people.
We look at how you are relating, what you are holding, and where you are still pulled out of alignment with your truth.

Because when that relationship shifts, everything connected to you begins to change.
What I call a Soul Leap is a moment of recognition.
You begin to see the patterns that have been shaping your relationships, your decisions, and your experience of life.
Not as something happening to you, but as something revealing where you are still caught.

When those patterns are seen clearly, something shifts.

You respond differently.
You choose differently.
You relate differently.
There is more clarity.
More self-trust.
More peace in how you show up.

This is where relationships begin to evolve.
Not managed, but transformed from the inside out.
For over two decades, I have supported thoughtful, driven individuals, often at pivotal moments in their lives, who know that something deeper is asking to shift.
Whether through private coaching or the course, the intention is the same:
To support you in evolving your relationships, and your experience of yourself, for good.
